Cristina, was a panellist at the CPDP 2026 conference in Brussels. The panel was chaired by the Biometric and Surveillance Commissioner and lead by the the Director of C.R.I.S.P. This panel explored how data protection can support healthy,
safe and fair working conditions in environments where employees are digitally
monitored. Cristina discussed the role data protection professionals can play
in protecting workers’ rights, promoting transparency and helping organisations
use monitoring technologies responsibly.
