This GDPR e-Learning Module will focus on Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), when it is required to be carried out looking at some practical examples. The module will also cover Data Protection by Design & by Default and explore the Roles & Responsibilities of a Data Protection Officer (DPO), which types of organisations must have one. This GDPR Training Module is suitable for staff working at Senior and Mid Management level, Line Managers, HR, IT, Risk and Data Governance, to assist in the management of Personal Data. This Course can also be used for GDPR Refresher Training. If you are new to GDPR we would recommend taking Module 0 – “GDPR Essentials”, Module 1 – “The 7 Principles & the 6 Lawful Basis” and Module 2 – “The 8 Rights of an individual” Module 3 – “Data Subject Access Request”, Module 4 – ““What is a Data Breach?”, Module 6 – “Data Sharing & Data Transfer” and Module 7 – “Data Security” before taking this module

Objectives:
