In this Module we cover the differ types of data transfer and the difference between sharing and transferring data.  The obligations of the data controller and data processor and what the requirements are for cross board transfers. This Module is suitable for staff working at Senior and Mid Management level, Line Managers, IT, Risk and Data Governance. This Course can also be used for GDPR Refresher Training. If you are new to GDPR we would recommend taking Module 0 – “GDPR Essentials”, Module 1 – “The 7 Principles & the 6 Lawful Basis” and Module 2 – “The 8 Rights of an individual” Module 3 – “Data Subject Access Request” and Module 4 – “What is a Data Breach?” before taking this module
