Data Subject Access Requests are the major cause of complaints that the ICO receives.

Following on from Module 2 “The 8 rights of an individual”, in this module we look at those rights from the business perspective and obligations. This Module is suitable for all levels within an organisation in particular Line Managers, Customer Services, HR, IT and Data Governance.   If you are new to GDPR we would recommend taking Module 0 – “GDPR Essentials”, Module 1 – “The 7 Principles & the 6 Lawful Basis” and Module 2 – “The 8 Rights of an individual” before taking this module
